We offer free shipping within South Africa on all online orders over R1,500 subject to the following conditions:
- We will either deliver ourselves or use one of our courier partners.
- Long packages may be subject to a long package surcharge.
- We currently only offer shipping for online purchases to South Africa.
- If you want us to ship elsewhere, please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Free shipping applies to online orders only.
- Clearance Bundles do not qualify for free shipping.
- Please note, we aren’t able to ship to farms or informal settlements.
- Packages are shipped out Monday through Friday.
- We pride ourselves on speedy packing and whenever possible will ship packages on order date or the next business day, unless you have chosen a machining add-on.
- Large orders may take a little longer to process.
- Machining will take between 7 to 10 working days to process.
- We make no guarantees on delivery timeframe, but our shipping partners strive to deliver within 5 working days.
- Any order placed after 10am on a Friday will most likely be shipped on the following Monday.
- We will do our best to keep you updated should there be any delays in pickup due to ourselves, our shipping partners or the weather.
